The Queensland Working Cow Horse Club is run by volunteers who dedicate their time and efforts and have accepted elected positions at the AGM which is held every November.
During a season we hold competitions over eight (8) weekends commencing in April and culminating in October with our popular Awards Night after the grand finals.
Certain events qualify for the ‘Buckle Series’ – in these events at the end of year, winners receive beautifully handcrafted trophy buckles. Our event/competition days usually have in excess of 100 riders with up to 135 team penning runs and 90+ runs of Pairs and Team Sorting. These weekends will accommodate Opens, Junior’s, Adult Beginners and Junior Beginners – something for everyone!
